Cisco® CCNA® Voice Certification

Overview: The Cisco® CCNA Voice certification confirms that you have the required skill set for specialized job roles in voice technologies such as voice technologies administrator, voice engineer, and voice manager. It validates skills in VoIP technologies such as IP PBX, IP telephony, handset, call control, and voicemail solutions. Candidates also get exposure to the Cisco® Unified Communications architecture and design covering mobility, presence, and TelePresence applications.

The CCNA® Voice Certification validates the skills of any network professional, confirming his/her as having strong foundation in voice applications and infrastructure concepts; capable of performing baseline installation, operating, and maintenance tasks on Cisco® VoIP solutions, particularly the Smart Business Communications System from 8-250 lines. Besides that, in general Cisco® Certifications also offers special membership benefits:

The Cisco® CCNA® Voice Certification Authorized Training

Prerequisite: A valid CCNA® Certification.

Description: The Cisco® CCNA® Voice Certification Authorized Training, officially known as Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications (IIUC), focuses on the knowledge and skills needed to implement Cisco VoIP networks consisting of voice gateways. It also focuses on implementing Cisco Unified Communications 500 Series for Small Business, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express, and Cisco Unity Express in a Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express installation. It should be take in sequence to its prerequisite, Cisco® CCNA® Certification.

This is our evening Cisco CCNA Voice Certification Training Program. The student will receive:

Cisco® CCNA® Voice Official Courseware
40 hours of Tuition by a Certified Cisco Systems Instructor (CCSI)
Practice exams and class handouts

The exam voucher is not included and will be charged in separate.

The student will get his/her Cisco® CCNA® Voice Certification!
If he/she finish our Cisco® CCNA® Voice Certification Authorized Training without a Cisco® CCNA® Voice Certification, he/she can attend for future classes at no additional cost. The student will only pay for optional Hotel and exam vouchers, and will use his/her same courseware material.
