Microsoft MCDST Certification

Overview: Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) is an entry-level certification that can enhance a candidate’s IT professional career. It covers the skills of a as defined by the National Workforce Center for Emerging Technologies Skill Standards for Information Technology and other research worldwide.

Audience: This course is intended for new entrants and career changers new to the IT industry. They have experience using Microsoft Office and should have basic Microsoft Windows navigation skills. Another audience is the current call center technician with 6 months experience looking to validate their support skills.

Microsoft MCDST Exams

Exam cost	$125.00 US dollars per exam.
Minimum passing score	700 - maximum score on the exams will vary depending on the complexity of the skills being measured

ASM is an authorized Prometric Testing Center. For your convenience you can take your exam in a large, comfortable and quiet testing room - no appointment necessary.

The Microsoft MCDST Certification Training Program

Prerequisite: Completion of A+ and Network+ or equivalent experience. Students should have at least 6 months experience with support and installing applications before attempting our MCDST Boot Camp Training Program.

Description: The Microsoft MCDST Boot Camp Training Program is compound by 2 modules. It's a 5-day instructor led boot camp course providing individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to troubleshoot basic problems end users will face while running Microsoft Windows XP Professional in an Active Directory network environment, or Windows XP Home edition in a workgroup environment, related to configuring and maintaining applications such as Microsoft Office, Outlook Express, Internet Explorer and other applications.

The Microsoft MCDST Certification Boot Camp Training Program

This is a special program aimed to students with some experience, looking for Certification in a short time. Our Microsoft MCDST Certification Boot Camp Training is delivered in an intensive way: in just 1 week you will be ready to take the MCDST exams.

Everything you need to reach you goal is provided in our Boot Camp Microsoft MCDST Certification Training Program:

The ASM Guaranty: The student will get his/her Microsoft MCDST Certification!

Registration Deposit: In order to reserve a seat for the student in our Microsoft MCDST Boot Camp Training Program, the student must make a confirmation deposit of $1,000.00, amount considered as part of tuition payment. ASM accepts Purchase Order from companies or organizations, debit or credit cards, including government credit cards.
